Private colleges are very expensive (around $80k/year) and only 7 colleges are need blind and meet financial need for international students. These are all extremely competitive colleges and nothing from what you’ve written suggests you’re a top candidate.
Public colleges (with a few exceptions) typically do not have money for international students.
