In the US, a 3.25 GPA is not very good. It’s not bad, it’s okay, but it wouldn’t be enough to get into state flagships, for instance, especially not for CS. So, what does your GPA mean in Nepal?
There used to be many students from Nepal at Howard but I think they’ve restructured their scholarships.
Berea may admit one student from Nepal and offer a full scholarship in exchange for work. If you think you offer enough for you to have a shot at being that one student, look into the admission process.
