<p>My d. won one of the scholarships last summer, and it was a life-changing experience! She has since used her Arabic in regular teleconferencing with the Rachel Corrie Children and Youth Cultural Center, in Rafa, Gaza, Palestine. (she began without any Arabic whatsoever).</p>
<p>The application is a lot of work, and the program is extremely selective, but I can’t imagine a better 7-week educational experience.</p>
