Same with UCLA huh… I was invited to apply for a freshman scholarship there that was sponsored by alumni and that too was independent, while I think UC’s choose their regents scholarships, no?</p>
<p>:( @Georgia Girl yeah UCLA’s been my dream school for awhile, but I know how competitive it is these days… Although USC may be a tad competitive too. I applied for financial aid and sent in my correction last week? I don’t think I’m getting any though because my CalGrant still hasn’t come in, and UCLA gave me zip (though I qualified for loans). Tried checking USC but couldn’t get in. Will update if I find out!
