Just an update…If you check the U.S. News Rankings SC has a lower admit rate than UCLA. SC’s SAT scores are higher as well as the ACT scores. In the latest U.S. New SC is ranked 20th in the nation in selectivity, UCLA at 24th.</p>

<p>Faculty resources rank (hghest is best) SC 27th UCLA 43rd</p>
<p>ACT Composite UCLA 25-31 USC 28-33</p>
<p>Alumni giving rank UCLA 107th USC 7th</p>
<p>USC law graduates passed the bar last year at a higher rate than UCLA’s graduates. They topped the state except for Stanford.</p>
<p>Princeton Review ranks USC’s selectivity at 98%. </p>
<p>If you see the thread here about NMScholars who have not been admitted perhaps you will realize the idea you have of SC’s academic rigor is outdated.</p>
