It looks like ISU has some automatic scholarships that they award. And then is also appears that once you accept there are additional scholarships that you can apply to via a scholarship portal. Is this correct? So if a student has been admitted (still waiting, actually) and is undecided on ISU there is no additional scholarship application to complete and no additional scholarships they are eligible for until they accept.
