There WAS another form to be submitted later on. I’m fuzzy on the details of it, and I don’t think it applies to Stamps. There were some smaller scholarship opportunities, from various alumni groups, if I recall correctly. Keep an eye on your GT page, if you receive admission, as the notification was there.
