<p>They still give out merit aid. I know a few people who don’t have need and still got a few grand. I had about 13k in need and they gave me 12k. It is basically 6k based more on need and another 6k based more on merit. Even if no aid is given UW is a bargain for anyone instate. I like that they give more aid to those of us that need it.</p>
