Here’s a link to LUC’s page on collegedata. Click on the Money Matters tab. Average freshman award is $25K. Obviously, the scholarships are tied into academic performance. One of my old roommates had a larger scholarship (I think $16K) and needed to maintain a 3.3 GPA to keep it. Another student I know had a $9K scholarship and needed to maintain a 3.0 to keep it. Needless to say, a number of freshman are unable to meet the requirements and even after being placed on ‘scholarship probation’ some still lose the scholarship after a year or two. The average indebtedness ($32,100) of 2008 grads can attest to this. Good luck getting in!
