<p>^ This is a horrible story, but that quote on Cafiero was taken out of context unfairly in the plaintiffs pleadings. Her lawyer released the full quote context, and it was about the stir caused by a bunch of laptops having gone missing, NOT about taking webcam pics.</p>
<p>But she has taken the 5th, and I don’t know how LMSD justifies paid leave with that posture. The subpoena should be to LMSD to produce her and require her cooperation.</p>
