Blueraven- Does it impact is a bad way? I will turn 13 this year though…

I wasn’t implying it was bad, I was geniuly curious

Lindha, did you apply to 9th or 8th grade at Groton?

You are my daughter’s age and even though she is in 8th grade, we’re having her apply next year as a repeater. I don’t know whether your age impacts it positively or negatively, or at all. But you’ve got the people at ABC advocating for you. That should help tremendously. Best of luck!

Did you skip a class or something Lindha? If you’re as qualified as other applicants who are a year older, I think it will positively impacts your applications since you’re mature beyond your years.

Guys, applying to one school is a very very bad idea.

Thxss Neato…Yeaa I skipped Kindergarden! I’m applyin as a 9th grader for Groton…U r right assign I’m VERY mature!! I get it all the time.

Haha
I don’t really think that people who consider themselves mature are actually mature…(is it a correct sentence…)

bumping this thread

Also,

What the hell was going on with my mind?

Yeah, I agree with you gonnastop. Many people at my school are in this situation.

I agree. No offence Linda but the people who loudly proclaim with lots of exclamation marks how mature thay are often aren’t…

hahahaha okay

Haha because considering oneself mature isn’t a mature thing to do right?
That said, Lindha’s truly mature for a 12-year-old.

It doesn’t matter that much. (saying that you’re mature)
I mean we all have different definitions for the word “mature”.

I bet we’ll all be more mature after the app process. (even more if you attend a BS) it’s more about dealing with mental struggles I guess. And being mature means you’re clear about what you’re gonna do and who you’ll become.

Lindha, you’re mature LOL! I knew nothing about BS when I was 12!

Good luck everyone.

I believe that CCers are mature enough to actually ponder about their education and what the future holds for them, excluding a really tiny portion of us. You guys are mature, no matter how many exclamation marks (or any other marks) you use.

Age: 15
Applying for Grade 10
Applied to 6 schools
International

Extremely determined (is that even correct?)
