<p>with your profile Amherst and Williams, I predict, would both be VERY excited to enroll you or at the very least you’d be an extremely strong candidate. You should definitely check both out (and Swarthmore as well which has killer econ) given your interests and activities. If interested in liberal arts colleges, you have a real shot at any in the top echelon. You should also check out Questbridge, if it’s not too late to apply for that, you can get tons of financial aid and you are the type of person they love – first generation, tons of community involvement, etc. (although again, if you got into Amherst and Williams I think fin aid at those places would, for someone with your background, cover a huge percentage of college costs, perhaps all costs, even in lieu of Questbridge).</p>
