<p>Look at Macalester, Rhodes (both in big cities), but also St Olaf, Muhlenberg, Gettysburg; Agnes Scott, Simmons, and all the women’s colleges (Bryn Mawr, Wellesley, Mount HOlyoke…) + Spelman if a HBCU can be of interest; if you’re good at math, the STEM schools give preferential packaging to the girls they admit, and they have other majors than STEM (business, especially) and some are in/near big cities: Stevens (facing NYC), RPI, RIT…</p>

<p>Fill out the “request info” form for all of these. This way you’ll get more detailed info and you’ll be able to sort them out. If you have the option, indicate you’re interested in both need-based and merit aid/scholarships.</p>

<p>Colleges look at weighted AND unweighted. Unweighted to have a good idea how many A’s you got. Weighted to see course rigor, which they also check by check the level of your classes (APs, Honors…)</p>
