<p>Agree - pretty much ANY top 20 school or Ivy will have a very active Hillel. In particular Penn, Columbia, Yale, and Emory are schools that come to mind. But you’ll have a very strong jewish community at Williams, Vandy, or Duke for example, even if they might not be as large as Penn’s.</p>
