<p>Regardless, even if i did some of it, because of the significant decrease in my overall score from october my sats are being reviewed.</p>

<p>Well, putting C for all the MC would theoretically give you a score of 0… yes you would get 1/5 of the questions right but you would lose 1/4 of a point for each question you get wrong for the 4/5 you get wrong. So assuming the choices are perfectly distributed, you wouldn’t come out ahead. </p>
<p>Let t = total questions </p>
<p>1/5 t - (1/4) (4/5t) = 0
Right - Wrong = 0</p>
<p>But why wouldn’t you try the writing. What if you got an 800 in CR and Math but got a 200 in Writing? How would you feel? You could have been in your local newspaper for a perfect score! :)</p>
<p>2400 is better than 1800.</p>
