@thedumbsmartguy232 they released a wave of acceptances one day. Then the next day a wave of waitlists. Then two weeks later a wave of rejections
@Waiting0532 Oh I didn’t realize no one got accepted in the last wave. I guess its possible but I would stay hopeful. Im in a similar situation with Syracuse and i’m hoping there’s still a chance
Also, is applying undeclared a tough major choice to get into? Like do a lot apply undeclared
Are acceptances still coming in, or are those of you posting reporting acceptances from earlier today? The waiting is torture.
I think they are most likely done for today because the office of admissions closes at 4 pm pst
@Cat420: SDSU is an impacted campus so all majors including Undeclared get more qualified applicants than spots available. Last year there was 4470 applicants for Undeclared and 1916 were admitted.
Any history majors hear anything?

So are the people accepted today all the acceptances and next come the waitlists?
@Socal272022 I am taking anatomy and physiology this year. I also took bio and chem and got A’s both semesters. so maybe that helped a little

@CalpolyDad My D was admitted today as History major.
Email finally came through at 4pm today for the acceptances so they did go out the same day at least.
S accepted to philosophy today.
gpa: W 4.0/UW 3.7
SAT: 1430
@cupcake01 no one knows for sure but from what I heard tomorrow could be more acceptances.
@rocknix thank you, that gives me some hope. I just feel like not many people were accepted today for it to be over! But I also don’t know why they span acceptances out over a couple days. Doesn’t make sense to me
@cupcake01 it’s weird but yeah cal poly did it and i think that’s what sdsu must be doing because i know the CC community isn’t big but this thread has 150k views and the fact that i haven’t seen one RD acceptance for bio is weird acceptances today are probably done tho since they sent out an email
