I don’t have a direct link but, for SDSU, 3.75 GPA and 1200 SAT will probably do it.
The good news, most of the CSUs have credible business majors and are more accessible to the average student.
With your stats we can help you find a couple that will be a good fit.
Another idea to consider - there’s an association of public colleges in the western US called WUE. They offer big discounts to applicants from other western states - One UC and several of our CSUs participate - If you have a decent GPA - someplace like UNR, Boise State or U of Hawaii can cost the same (tuition) as a CSU.
