Again. I am Not looking to skirt any rules or avoid fees/payments. Just want to rent a furnished place for 4-5 months. Can’t seem to figure out who I can go to for help finding a place. Not sure why anyone thought from my posts was looking to evade rules. No house swap as we may go back and forth.
Google property management companies. A few pop up. No experience with any of those, so you will have to do some research on their trustworthiness.
@maya54: I asked a neighbor who is renting in our community about how she found her property. She said she contacted our community business office directly for this one, but she has used arizonasnowbird.com in the past with good results.
If you find something you like on VRBO, and they have availability, email and ask for a seasonal rate. It should be much lower. I’d rent out my Scottsdale house to you, but I’m hoping to get down there for a month or two, myself. Let me know if you find a place or if you have any questions on areas.
