Seated Meals at Each Boarding School?

My last post was in parentheses only because it was off-topic… just a quick aside thanking folks for sharing their knowledge.

I went back and looked–just 3, but I guess it sort of struck me. But I get it now. Again, sometimes oblivious to the obvious. L-)

@CaliMex the SAS sit-down meals are as you described, except that there are two faculty members at each table. All students serve as waiters and this is a great time for students across grades to become familiar, especially as the rotation moves throughout the year. The lunches are four times a week (excepting Tuesdays?), and have announcements, while the dinner is before Wednesday’s community-oriented chapel. Always formal as dress code is observed at these times. Tuesday is a half day that allows for greater participation in community service, so no sit down then, iirc.
