<p>in AIT we had a guy try to kill himself jumping off the top of the barracks. he only succeded in breaking his legs and back.</p>
<p>haha, in basic I woke up to a guy next to me crying with blood all over his wrists and the DS screaming and swearing at him. In ait a guy in my platoon try and jump out the window because during a company imspection the DS said his locker looked so dirty it could have mcdonalds fries in it. lol, personally I thought the fries bit was pretty funny but I guess he didn’t. Its crazy what they can make you think is really important.</p>
<p>people heard this screaming, and we all ran over to the windows to see him laying on the ground. then a fire truck and ambulance came. it was really sad. oh in basic- i remember, a guy tried to hang himself in another company with a swiss seat or something. apparently it didn’t work at all. people go nutz during initial entry training.</p>

<p>I wonder if I take classes over the summer to nullify two C’s and a D during 1st semester junior year if that’ll show them I want to get in out of high school? By now I just want to qualify for anything, but getting in out of high school would be awesome.</p>
<p>The C’s and D will be on your transcript. If you are now truly motivated to excel in school, you may want to retake those classes to ensure you have the necessary foundation to progress in the subjects. (Especially if you are talking about math or science classes.) I would think it would be a good idea to retake the classes and then take the next level during your senior year. Then ace those classes!</p>
<p>I had to pull guard on a kid that tried to kill himself with fingernail clippers, I kid you not, in Monterey, California.</p>
<p>I dropped out of high school in the 10th grade. I had to find (alot) of other ways to make up for it. Anything is possible if you put forth the effort.</p>
<p>See it wasnt that the kid dropped out which made me angry. It was te fact that it was my spot. And that 3 days isnt a long enouh time to evalute his situation. Of course the beginning is going to suck. If he decided a week before he went he didnt want to go theoretically I would be finishing up plebe year. The same thing happened to friend of mine at school except his person lasted 5 days.</p>
