What level (regular, honors, etc) are you looking for? We used Teaching Textbooks (bought a used copy for pretty cheap). For my non-mathy son, it was decent. We then went onto AoPS and community college classes. We’ve used Khan Academy videos for various things, but not for a whole subject review-more like specific topics within a subject.
My oldest son borrowed some Chalkdust videos to review SAT math many moons ago, and it really helped him solidify some geometry concepts since he’d taken geometry in elem. school and had forgotten a good bit of it. They are expensive, though.
