I just googled AP psych crash course PDF and read through the document in several hours the night before. I’m not sure if I was lucky or not but that cramming was enough for me to clinch (I think barely) a 5 the next day. I would recommend a week of studying if you want to feel extremely confident, but more is probably not needed.
