<p>The blurb you quoted is meant for accepted students who have decided to attend USC. They must submit a transcript in the summer showing that they have graduated from high school before they start classes. The transcript you submit with your application does not yet contain that information.</p>

<p>**Yes, you must submit an official transcript with your application. **If you requested a counselor report/school report through the Common App., your counselor may have submitted an official transcript with that report. Check with your counselor tomorrow.</p>

<p>If your counselor did not submit an official transcript, request one tomorrow. Be sure to take USC’s mailing address with you. At the same time, get an unofficial transcript from your counselor and FAX it to USC with your USC ID# (or your name as on your application and your birthdate if you don’t have a USC ID#). They will use your unofficial transcript to consider your application and verify when your official transcript arrives.</p>
