Sending in ACT score late?

I wouldn’t recommend you sending the scores to yourself and then to Yale 2-3 weeks later. The ACT can never provide you with an actual date and that is just too risky. The SAT usually stands by the date that they specify. However, because the last test date is in November for early admissions, I would send Yale your scores before you receive them. It’s too risky to be picky when you don’t have much time. I called the admissions office and an officer told me that scores typically arrive on time for the test dates they provided. (She did say, however, that there has been times when scores did not arrive on time.)
