<p>The above provides info about the OCU showcase. It was held yesterday in NYC. My D said the shows went very well, were well attended and those in attendance seemed to enjoy the show. </p>
<p>She is out visiting agents offices today…some for interviews; others to drop off HS/resume. While in NY, she has also attended a few auditions and received several callbacks. She subletted an efficiency apt. for the 10 days she is there…at $35/night!!! She is in heaven…really.</p>
<p>She leaves for her first summerstock job on Monday…when that show closes, she starts rehearsals for her second summerstock job (in another state). By mid-August she plans to move to NY! </p>
<p>So far, so good…</p>
<p>My D is currently in NYC attending a week-long casting workshop put on by US performing Arts Camps. One of the program directors, Ray Roderick (Director/Actor) says that he attended the OCU showcase and said it was “brilliant.” 
He said “tons” of agents and casting directors were present and that “everyone” was very impressed. Just thought I’d pass that on…</p>
