Most of the posters on this thread are saying take a 4th year of Languagen and tkae Government. But honestly, it depends on what major you’re thinking about. If you’re leaning towards STEM (Engineering, Pharmacy, Pre-Med), I would avoid taking either of these classes. Colleges would prefer to see AP Maths and Core sciences, over things that they would give Humanities elective credits for. However, If you are leaning towards Humanities (Psych, Liberal Arts), I would consider taking both Spanish and Government.
All of my senior friends going into STEM got into really good schools (Illinois, Georgia Tech, Carnegie Mellon) without taking a language or taking a history class senior year.
