<p>Judging on your TOEFL score, you are auto-rejected by Cornell, seriously. And by many other schools too, let alone the Ivies. Lacking the competence in English will only cause you lots of troubles surviving in a foreign country, let alone studying, and the admissions committee completely understand that.
Btw, I know there are a lot of Chinese whose scores are way better, and they still got rejected by some top schools.</p>
