<p>Resmail itself is a very nice place. I also have never heard of an issue. Once your packages arrive, they sit on shelves on their own, so they aren’t crushed under a bunch of stuff or anything. I would be more worried about the actual shipping process of doing something like an instrument (having it be bounced around and thrown around by mail people) rather than what happens to it once it gets to Resmail. Plus most post offices will send your packages back within 10 days if you don’t pick them up, whereas Resmail keeps them for 30.</p>
