Shooting Suspect turned himself in

Thank god. [Source: Shooting Suspect Turned Self In - Connecticut News Story - WFSB Hartford](http://www.wfsb.com/news/19393161/detail.html)

Is there a reason why Wesleying has stopped reporting on this?

It doesn’t look like they have to me…
That latest link posted by ljean is the same one I saw on Wesleying.
It’s possible that it didn’t load for you because so many people are trying to access the site…?

I guess so. The most recent post I can see is from 1:28 PM, with a new photo of the suspect. Odd.

Glad he’s caught.

Yeah, there have been several posts since then… See if the companion site works any better (though it isn’t completely up-to-date either, it looks like to me): [Wesleying Special Updates](http://wesleying-updates.blogspot.com/)

A new post on Wesleying says they don’t have official confirmation that this is the guy, (says one source), but I don’t see how it could be anyone else. Best to wait for confirmation though, I suppose.

it’s been confirmed by the university.

Wesleying has been having some problems lately. We’re not sure of the details; because of bandwidth problems with the spike in traffic, we set it up so that it saves a cache on a visitor’s computer for 5 minutes. There could be a bug resulting in some people’s computers not refreshing even after 5 minutes are up. We’re still figuring it out.

But, back to the subject of the post: Thank God. I can’t even begin to tell you how relieved the atmosphere on campus has been since then. We’ve begun to breathe again - it was pretty terrifying there for a while. Now we go back to mourning for Johanna and eventually, to our normal lives and taking final exams.
