<p>Yes, Virginia Beach is within driving distance (could check out Williamsburg as well).
Even closer- Annapolis and Eastern Shore of Maryland (St. Michael’s , Easton, Cambridge).
Or Chincoteague/Assateague on eastern shore of Virginia.
Weather of course could be an issue in November or December. Williamsburg would have some things going on for the holidays (some of the other towns I mentioned might as well). Hope you have a nice trip wherever you end up!</p>
