A couple of comments…

  1. You may want to contact your ND admissions rep. – I have read in other posts that they can be helpful in answering the EA/RD question.

  2. Right now your SAT is well below the 25%th percentile for ND. https://admissions.nd.edu/apply/admission-statistics/ My gut tells me that you should do everything you can to improve your standardized test scores before applying. If the second SAT isn’t better, maybe study for and try the ACT in the fall – some people do better on that exam.
