Ok ran EFC calc with $51000 income from working and AGI, household of 4, 2 in college, parent assets not high
er than asset protection allowance (for age 50 around $19,000 I think). EFC is about $2000, so Pell would be around $3000
But your brother being in grad school, I’m not sure if he will still be considered a household member, and student in college. Deoending on those factors EFC could rise to $3000 -$4500, so Pell would only be $1000-$2000
For now add all the schools to FAFSA and apply where you can get possibly full tuition.
