TLU is still accepting apps and has automatic scholarships. For an EFC zero and your stats, net cost would be 14k (8,000 after loans and work study).

IETA: ran the NPC and unfortunately it looks like the net costs would be around 24K, which is way too high. However they’ve been known for offering very good packages depending on what you have to offer so I think it’s worth sending an app through commonapp.
