Should I spend 15k/year more for UIUC cs+x than Purdue cs

UIUC 22% versus Purdue 14% according to College Navigator.

Do those numbers include international students? Or are they the typical domestic-only demographic stats? Because I believe there are non-trivial numbers of Asian international students on both campuses.

Regardless, $15K x4 is a lot of additional debt to take on, for an incremental increase in Asian student population and a probably-not-meaningful-at-all difference in perceived CS reputation.
