I would submit your test score for TO schools. Most schools in your list are reach any way, even the one with green check. Your SAT score is matching with your GPA. If you don’t submit the score, AOs will assume you did worse than 1300 based on your GPA and school profile (avg SAT is 859). Good Luck.
I think that this is a good point. The fact that the student’s SAT score is so far ahead of their high school’s average may be a good reason to submit even if the score is a bit below the 25th percentile for any particular university.
Crushes it, 1340? The concern is that the OP could struggle academically at this brand of schools…
I wouldn’t submit. It’s far below the 25th. But many on here say they look how you compare to your school and OP said the school average is 859.
So that’s nearly a 500 point increase over the school average.
So to me, that’s crushing.
Yes, but on an absolute (not relative) basis, this candidate may struggle to keep up at these schools. That’s why most high schools have no acceptances at these places, as most are simply not rigorous enough…
I think they admit kids not qualified every year.
That said, as noted , I would not submit. The scores are far below the 25th percentile.
But I’m just one opinion. Others may think otherwise.
