Should I submit SAT or ACT scores?

it’s kind of confusing but when I asked Yale they told me this: "You can either submit the SAT I exam and two SAT II subject tests, or just the ACT exam with writing. If you wanted to submit both your SAT test results as well as your ACT test results, you are more than welcome to. But you are by no means required to, and you can submit just one or the other.

That said, within the SAT examinations, we do not participate in the score choice option, so we’d like to see all testing history. However, we will only consider the scores that you indicate on your application."

However some people on here don’t think I should follow this advice since I asked on the Yale facebook. But I’m sure that the people who are reading e-mails sent directly to yale are on the facebook account because my friend e-mailed them a question and asked the same thing on facebook and they replied that they had recieved her e-mail and they responded. So i guess you can take this info however you want.
