W131 credit would definitely be useful. Based on what you wrote here, it sounds like you would have trouble with the IU math classes. You need to get at least a B in finite and calculus in order to get into Kelley. I think taking algebra and pre-calc sounds like a good idea, and you also might want to take finite and calculus (M118 and M119 at IU) at a CC the summer after your freshman year. These classes are doable at IU, but many students with more math experience struggle with them. I would also look at the link below and get familiar with the standard admit requirements.
