Should I take the SAT Biology E or M subject test?

So I’m not completely time-constrained, since I’m planning on taking the SAT Biology subject test in November, but I’d like to know which one I should take. I’ve heard the ecology is generally easier, but I’ve taken a practice one of both E and M and now I can’t decide (they’re on the same level of difficulty). I took Pre-AP Biology my freshman year and barely remember anything, and everything I remembered while taking the practice tests was from AP Environmental Science which I took my junior year (I’m a current rising senior) and my internships/research I’ve been doing. I’m taking AP Bio my senior year, so I probably won’t have learned enough information to make me feel 100% comfortable on these exams. Though I must say, the practice tests I took weren’t terribly difficult either. All in all, my question is, using my AP Environmental Science knowledge, which exam should I take?
