Should posters have to identify themselves by their stage of life when giving advice?

SkiEurope, a moderator, pointed out once on a thread when I was making the point number of posts and posting history is pretty indicative: in reality, the number means little.

Case in point, my post count is almost as high as MYOS’ and I am not a parent.
