<p>Oh okay…I didn’t know I was EOP? Never seen anything about it besides what people have said on the threads. Also before I signed up for STEP I was actually entering the credit card information for the SIR fee but I got sidetracked, that’s the main reason why I was confused when the fee was all of a sudden gone. But okay thanks XD</p>
<p><em>Edit</em> Now that I have looked into it more apparently I had to be EOP in order to register for STEP and through that BUSP…at least that’s what it seems like from all the pages. *</p>
