Sleeping as we age

<p>I tried to stay awake thru Top Chef, but no go (Its taped), but up since 5 too.</p>

<p>Just wanted to join the chorus. Starting a few years go, I began to wake up naturally after 6 hours, no alarm clock. What worries me is that I seem to be waking up even sooner now, after 5 or 5 1/2 hours. I am now thrilled to get 6 hours sleep (happened last night, yea!). I get plenty of exercise – all that does is push me to nod off in the late afternoon, something I never, never used to do. I feel like I’m turning into a stereotype.</p>
