<p>Several sources have said that USC is behind, and that appears to be the case. They give every indication of working mightily, and printing up a batch of rejections isn’t that hard. It appears that there are a significant number of acceptances yet to be sent. In this context, it would not seem that the 3/25 update was the dreaded ultimate seal of rejection.</p>
