SO i realized college apps are kind of overwhelming. will you guys help me?

I think South Carolina is a good fit for what you’re looking at. The pharmacy school is called the South Carolina College of Pharmacy and is a joint venture between the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and the University of South Carolina in Columbia. You can study at either campus, which is unique for colleges anywhere. If you decided to go the medical school route, you have MUSC and USC Med in-state, both of which are full of USC undergrads.

As far as tuition, you are bumped down to in-state (a $14,000 discount) once you get $1,000 (I think) in scholarship money. The South Carolina Honors College is prestigious- above a 1400 average on the SAT for incoming freshman- but you have a good shot at getting it. If not, you will definitely get the Capstone Scholars program which also offers nice perks and basically guarantees you a university scholarship.

Good luck!
