"Historically, trading desks were able to match buying and selling interest received concurrently on the desk. As technology now allows messages to be sent and responded to in microseconds, trading desks can send out messages to solicit the other side of the trade. If an order can’t be found directly, it then moves into the firm’s dark pool. If still unable to be matched, the dark pool sends messages to a wider array of market participants to trade. If still unexecuted, the order is sent to other dark pools that message a wider group of traders. If by the time the order went through two or three different dark pools and messaging cycles and the order remained unexecuted, it would then go to the exchanges. This all occurs in a fraction of a second, all managed by a series of electronic routing engines.

Exchanges, in this day and age, only get orders that virtually nobody wants, according to the commentary."

It would be pretty difficult to track through a different taxpayer id as long as the k1 is not designated to the beneficiary. The trust is written so that I can either keep everything in the trust or pay it to the beneficiary - me.

It means we’re going to 1340 - if it bounces off that it will probably go back up. Of course this is all based on technicals which are largely bs.

This what all the talking heads are saying. Of course these same guys at least a week ago said that if we failed to hold 1370, we’re going down to at least 1340. These same folks pointed out that today selling pressure increased when it broke through the 1370 level - everybody looks at the same things and thus behave the same way.

In the words of the famous stock market sage, Guy Adami: “Price is truth”, so its irrelevant what you anybody thinks especially if you’re losing money.

Turbo Tax calculates it for me and this year we paid at a higher tax rate than Mitt Romney will…without his millions in income, LOL. We’ll put in a “Buffet Rule,” and before you know it, the rule will pick up all sorts of people it wasn’t meant to apply to–just like that drat AMT.
