So what's the catch?

Hi westcoastlatte:

Elon’s Thanksgiving break starts when classes end on Tuesday, and ends Sunday night.

Transportation to/from airports:
[Moseley Campus Center - Airport Shuttle Reservations](http://www.elon.edu/e-web/students/campuscenter/shuttle.xhtml)

Navigating without a car (my D says this isn’t as easy as she’d like it to be, but she only knows 2 other kids in her frosh class with cars and they’re all surviving  ):
[Elon Bio Bus](http://org.elon.edu/transit/biobus/)
[Campus Initiatives: Transportation](http://www.elon.edu/e-web/bft/sustainability/ci-transport.xhtml#zc)
My daughter has discovered she needs to book the Zipcars pretty far in advance. She has resorted to cabs on occasion to get to her volunteer service site in Burlington if the Zipcars (Elon has 3) are booked up.

As for doctors, dentists etc… she hasn’t had a need yet, but there seem to be plenty in Burlington. Alamance Regional Medical Center is a fairly good-sized hospital in Burlington. The town of Elon itself is tiny, but it blends into Burlington which has every shopping center, store and restaurant you can imagine.
