Social Scene and more questions

This is how it works:

As a freshman, you will walk down columbus ave, hemingway, symphony, gainsboro, etc and hear lots of loud parties and people having fun. However because we are in the city, you cant just walk into the party like Emily said. You need someone at the party who knows you to buzz you in. I can almost guarantee though that within the first week or two you or some of your friends will meet/know sophomores or middlers with apartments whose parties you can go to. Joining a club not only looks good on your resume, but also puts you in contact with upperclassmen who will invite you to parties. As a freshman, you can still drink in your dorm, just be careful about it. Throw your own party if you want, just keep it down if you are on campus.

And I just wrote that without reading Emily’s last post and realized we said the same thing but I’m not deleting it.

You’ll have a great freshman year. Go to hockey games, meet people, and you’ll be at a party every weekend.
