<p>Actually I used the letter from my founder of my exchange program and thought it could be my peer rec.(he mailed it)…but i only found out that “it should not be adult presemce” when deadline was way passed…my status said not completed so i emailed them…they apologized and updated my status saying that wouls treat that leeter as my peer rec…but it was still ok to email them with a peer rec…</p>
