I think the expanse of this photo is just amazing, from the Ag quad and North campus all the way down to Collegetown.
Just remarkable!</p>
<p>If you want to orient yourself to what you are looking at , it should be easy to pick out McGraw Tower and the Johnson Art Museum as landmarks, then you can compare to a campus map.</p>

<p>Some of these photos are from a while ago. Keep in mind they are always doing lots of significant construction, both on Cornell’s campus and in Ithaca proper. For example that panoramic shot is from 2005, it looks like they were doing a lot of construction on West campus then, around Balch. And obviously this will not show the many significant renovations and new buildings that were subsequent to the photo: Physical Science building, Martha Van, Gates Hall, etc</p>
