Colleges don’t care about online courses unless you can’t take a satisfactory curriculum at your school.
3 sciences classes is not only overkill but, worse, likely pure hubris (and interpreted as such when you inevitably tumble) since one would be pre-IB and two would be junior/senior APs while you’d be a sophomore!
Colleges expect you to take biology, chemistry, and physics (+ 1 more science) over the 4 years of high school. If you took Pre IB biology and take Physics and Chemistry as a sophomore, you’re actually advanced compared to the norm, and can take whatever IB science you wish later on.
If PreIB Lang is another name for AP Lang, make sure to register for the test (since pre IB lang dont carry any potential credit).
Perhaps take an art xlzss (performance, history, …) instead of AP biology since some colleges want to see that (and some, such as in California, require it).
