Sorority GPA?

cornellgirl - There is no minimum for sorority rush. You can search on the Cornell website to see each sorority’s GPA ranking to get a sense if GPA is an important criteria. On the other hand, if a sorority’s overall GPA is high, it may just be a side effect of other factors. I think maybe you should focus more on if you have the right outfit for each day (not trying to be funny). Figure out how you are going to get from house to house dress warmly and change in and out of your boots and nice shoes. What kind of bag you are going to carry so you could fit everything in it.

This afternoon from 3-4:30 there is Webinar: Fraternity and Sorority Recruitment and Intake for parents. This is the first time Cornell is doing this. It maybe worthwhile to check it out.

johnny - through my work, I do meet a lot of students, especially students from Cornell, and I do make a point of asking them a lot of questions about their school/town just to see how involved they are with their community. It’s not hard to get 4.0 if that’s all you do, but it takes a lot more than high GPA to be successful in life. Yes, it is shocking to me that you didn’t know more about AEM.
